Advanced mobility freedom jogging stroller, I bought the swivel wheels for it and have only used them a handful of times. Fixed front without the swivel wheels and can hold up to 200 lbs. Made for a small adult or a child. Lots of storage on the stroller and it's able to recline. Lateral supports and leg supports can be purchased online as well as by calling baby jogger. Does have foot straps on the foot rest. Asking 450 OBO on it. Can ship at buyers expense.
