LittleWins is an online community marketplace that specializes in connecting people looking to buy, sell, or donate used durable medical equipment.

These people are typically 1 of 2 groups. Either they are looking to purchase equipment due to financial situations or insurance denial, or they have a surplus of outgrown equipment and are trying to get rid of it.

Durable Medical Equipment is the phrase used to describe medical equipment which can withstand repeated use to serve a medical purpose. DME encompasses a wide array of medical devices and equipment, including, but not limited to:

• Wheelchairs
• Traction equipment
• Canes
• Crutches
• Walkers
• Ventilators
• Lifts
• Nebulizers
• Bili Blankets and Lights

LittleWins is free to join and can be done in under 2 minutes! Simply follow these steps:

1. Head to www.LittleWins.com
2. Once the page has loaded, click the Sign Up Today button at the top right.
3. Input the information it asks for (just Name, Email, and a Password!), accept our user Terms and Conditions, and click Sign Up.
4. That’s it! You may start Searching, Buying, Selling, and Donating!

LittleWins is a peer-to-peer marketplace web application that facilitates the exchange of durable medical equipment by connecting people through public listings across the country.

Not at all! In fact, we exist to help the families and individuals who were denied their insurance coverage for durable medical equipment. Some equipment that is normally thousands, could be available on LittleWins for just hundreds or less. It is an open marketplace.

Currently, we do not inspect each piece of equipment exchanged using our website. We do require users to mark the condition of the listing prior to posting it.

However, it is ultimately up to the buyer to determine its condition, as all exchanges take place off line.

First, Create an Account on www.LittleWins.com! [See How do I join LittleWins?]. Then follow these steps:

1. Once you have created an account, go to the top of the page and click Create a Listing.
2. Fill out the Name and Description of the product you wish to sell, plus all the other information required.
3. Take photos of your equipment and Upload them! Get multiple angles of the product, make sure the entire product can be seen clearly and fully.
4. Hit Publish!

Each piece of equipment listed on LittleWins will be priced by the seller, the sponsor company, or it will be a donation (in which case, that product free, but both parties are responsible for shipping).

If the listing is a Sponsored Listing, then you are able to use most major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

If the listing is a User Listing, then the listing will indicate if that seller wants Cash or PayPal for their product.

Currently, all equipment transfers and the shipping involved will be determined by the parties involved in the transactions.

As a company, we are working on installing a nationwide shipping method that will ensure ease of use and reduced shipping costs for our users! Please bear with us, as LittleWins is new and still growing!

We have seen varying prices with all major shipping companies. We recommend measuring and weighing your piece of equipment and then getting shipping quotes from each company to compare.

Yes, most items will require a fee determined by the shipping company you choose to use.
