LittleWins is a community where families can donate, find, and share durable medical equipment (DME), including wheelchairs, hospital beds, Hoyer lifts, walkers, shower chairs, and other mobility equipment and supplies. We believe one person can change everything.

Every day, someone discovers that the systems they trusted aren't enough. A surgery, an accident, a diagnosis, or an unexpected turn leaves them searching not just for equipment, but for hope. 

LittleWins began with one person asking one simple question: "How can we make this easier for the next family?"

We were never building a marketplace. We were building a village. Equipment simply became the way neighbors found one another. 

When the traditional systems work, that's wonderful. When they don't, people have always filled the gaps. That is one of humanity's oldest traditions: one person helping another because they can. 

Trust is our product. We don't monetize it. We earn it, protect it, and try to deserve it every single day. 

Every donated walker, wheelchair, brace, shower chair, answered message, and encouraging conversation represents something much larger than equipment. It says, 'You're not alone.' 

Communities don't stay healthy by accident. They stay healthy because ordinary people decide to care for one another. Every improvement we make is another way of tending that garden.
